It is true to St. Joseph Senior Secondary School, Narsinghgarh, started in July 1975, is one of the schools under the management of the Diocese of Ujjain, a religious charitable and education society registered under Madhya Pradesh Society Registration Act 1964 on 14thNov. 1973. The purpose of the school is to provide a value based quality education and help the formation of children in the harmonious development of their physical, mental, social and spiritual aspects to make them good citizens ready to serve the country in the various circumstances of their lives.


GENERAL INRTODUCATION

St. Joseph Sr. Sec. School started in July 1975 is one of the schools under the management of the diocese of Ujjain, a religious charitable and educational society, registered under MadhyaPredesh Society Registration Act 1964 on 14th Nov. 1973. Reg. No. 3483. The Management enjoys minority rights as enshrined in the constitution of India, Act.30.  

It is a private, unaided school, recognized by centreal board of Secondary Education Department and its syllabus is followed in the school.


HISTORY

The school was established in July,1975. His Excellency Bishop Mar. John Perumattam, the first bishop of Ujjain was a great source of inspiration for the growth and development of the school. 

The school had a simple beginning that it started in a rented room in Phool Bagh, Narsinghgarh. Later on the present location was purchased. Despite the initial struggles the school had to face, soon it could flourish with the help of the well wishers and the dedication of the manager, the principle and the teachers. Within a few years the school had a tremendous growth. Parents had a positive attitude towards the institution. Upto 2009 the school followed the MP Board Syllabus. In the year 2009 the school was affiliated to CBSE.
